CatChat was an iOS social networking app wherein cat lovers created, shared, and re-mixed memes. The re-mixing feature I conceived introduced a novel way to trace the history of a meme. The stickers, which featured Mimi Cat and her family, were f*ck!ing adorable.
HearPlay was a social music game where players built playlists, represented by cool buildings on a world map. As a player's popularity grew, so did their building. Sony, Universal and a host of indies were among our content licensing partners.
In 2016 my partners and I founded PANDA Interactive. David Stern, the NFL Players Association & Steve Smith were among our initial investors. Partnerships with USA Today Sports Media Group, the Irish Premier League, WNBA and others supported a live streaming SAAS business that thrives to this day.
I built and managed SportsCastr News (SCN), which included an eight-man team of professional sports journalists and video podcasters, so as to produce multiple high-quality editorial programs each day, disseminated as live broadcasts on SportsCastr and podcasts on all major podcasting services.
I built and managed Resorts Casino's Twitch-style live streaming video content that showcased their headline digital gaming options.
TBL News involved a 15-person team of college and graduate-level journalists creating podcasts, live streams, and articles promoting and covering The Basketball League. I built it and ran it.
As Chief Marketing Officer at TBL, I oversaw promotion of TBLTV, built TBL News, and managed league-wide email marketing.
